How long does it take to get my art?

Generally, production can take 5-8 business days. Shipping time will vary, depending on the location to which the product is being shipped.
As we continue to grow as a family-owned business, we aim to reduce production time while maintaining the quality of our products.
Once shipped, we send an email with the tracking information provided.

Are your products made in America?

Many of you have asked if our products are American Made. We get it, sometimes it's hard to determine all of the various metal art companies apart and you want to ensure you're getting a quality, American product. Rest assured, we manufacture and ship all our products right from our facility in Youngstown, Ohio.

 

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, if you are local to the Youngstown, Ohio area, we can arrange a meeting point. Please contact for a pick up through Email: Kurzwelding@gmail.com or Facebook: www.facebook.com/kurz.welding

 

How is my order shipped?

We have exclusive partnerships with both UPS and USPS. Shipping will vary depending on the location, and the size and weight of the product ordered. This is subject to change with certain locations and may vary. If you are ordering outside of the U.S. or your piece is over 30", we, unfortunately, cannot ship it to a PO Box, so please be sure to add a physical address to your order, or you will be hearing from our customer support.

 

How do custom signs work?

At Kurz Metal Art, we specialize in highly customized metalwork.
We can do just about anything you can dream up! Our friendly and knowledgeable custom metal art sales team will help bring your idea to life with state-of-the-art plasma cutting technology that provides smooth, precise lines every time. We also have a high-quality metal printing process that brings vibrant images to life on our metal art. Each piece is then powder coated for durability and can be used for indoor or outdoor use.
